Koop doesn't let a lot of things get to him-- he's a pretty mellow guy overall. Not really scared of ghouls and ghosts.However...
Running out of essential ingredients, especially flour, really frightens him. He just loves to bake and when inspiration strikes and he doesn't have the necessary ingredients... equals a very panicky Koop. 8(
