Amazon Prime (Pun Intended) is not an Alternate universe rider but exists in the Amazonz Universe.

Prime also known as Daisuke (name of the original Amazon), was born with an unusual Cellular disease which caused his body to be very weak when his body was trying to recover. This was due to his cellular disease being a rare form of advance cellular recovery. Due to this unusual recovery system, he would wind up sick again after his quick recovery, causing an endless cycle of pain. The Nozoma Pharmaceutical company took notice of this and requested his family to allow them to find a cure of him.

His blood samples were eventually used as a catalyst to produce the explosive reproduction of the Amazon Cells. Daisuke was eventually given a version of the Amazon Cells which led to him being Subject Zero after he began to mutate into Amazon.

3 Years prior to the series - he ran free trying to hide and maintain his human form as he would eventually find out what Nozoma Pharmaceuticals was up to.

His story deals with him fleeing and trying to destroy the first Amazons who had no human form. Jim (alpha) would study Prime's cells to develop the Condorer which is the front buckle of the drive that stimulates transformation.

Eventually he would be injured badly by Amazon Alpha, and then recaptured by Nozoma. Up till half way through season 1 he is kept frozen, preventing him from healing all the way and breaking loose.

During the development of Sigma, his cells would be used once again to bind the Amazon Cells to those of the dead. It is during that experiment, the Prime Driver is used on him which allows him to obtain his rider form.

Gigi Armlet: The Gigi Armlet in actuality a replica of a relic his family kept after a trip to south America when they were researching the Inca (Amazon reference.) The replica was some what a security blanket for Daisuke. It was broken when he mutated, and was rebuilt as a tracker along with a suppressant
