Description This was sheer joy to work on- EVERYTHING I love- mountains, fluffy grass, purple blue and lime tones..and of course, the perfect characters to match the scene!

ordered this premium commission of her own character, and the wonderful 's character, together- the only theme she wanted was SCOTLAND- what is more "scotland" than rolling lowlands, misty highlands, and little secret castles tucked away in the mountains?   Thank you SO MUCH for commissioning me, especially during a time when I need funds the most! I hope this makes both of you grin ear to ear!

I am constantly astounded by your work, and so grateful that I get to see my characters in your lovely style. I am mesmerized by the composition, colors, and all the little details that make each piece unique. This is making me even more excited for Fade--Touched and I's trip to Scotland!!! oh my gosh dude it's actually legit SO EASY to make them! Get some good quality watercolor paper, some good very opaque watercolors (I use winsor professional , but winsor cotman would be great too! basically anything but those shitty round pan watercolors that they market to kids), and fill a page with some washes, some dry brushing, ect ect until you cover the page with a variety of tones, but probably only one color- blue is my favorite to use as it goes so well with so any pieces. blue is my go to color for shading, too! but also try purple, pink, orange and yellow just go wild!
hen scan them, and set them into your digital art on different effects, levels, and opacities just mess around till you like it

I'll have to try that out, thanks for the tips! I've always kinda wondered how people did certain textures to their work.
I just don't have a scanner, but I can make it work. lol.
