Okay, I lied.

Denver is the U.S.'s greatest city right now.
It's too bad that bureaucrats decided to kill the state wide legalization by adding the line :
"21 year olds may transfer cannabis to 15 years old with out penalty"
They knew that it would take something outrageous to make the people not want to legal pot for 21 and over.

It seems that's the hardest part.
I don't understand how something that is easily grasped by those who look into it, is completely misunderstood in average people who are not familiar with it.
