Description: The largest carnivorous marine mammal on Draconine, this is a tough and incredibly strong predator, but it is incredibly social animals. They are the second largest mammal only to the Goliath Whale. Only males live solo lives and they will stay away from other leviathans. They hunt large fish, Kraken, marine reptiles, and even each other. Females and their young will live in pods of up to 8 individuals. They can hold their breath for hours at a time and they have a unique system where they can recycle oxygen so they have to travel to the surface less. Some specimens are so old that barnacles have encrusted on their backs and sides, making up armor. They can also be home to soft coral and seaweed and will have an extremely rare giant lamprey attached to them. The only large predator they fear is the Hellish Sea Orc which can kill an adult Leviathan in a couple of bites. Smaller fish and other organisms congregate around these giants for protection as well. These animals are extremely rare to see and if you do it is such a magnificent beast. This specimen is the largest leviathan we have ever seen and its estimated to be over 300 years old.
