Long ago, in the marvel universe, Emma Frost ( The White Queen ) taught a group of mutants as an opposite team to Xavier's New mutants. This team was the Hellions, and they were basically trained to act as villains throughout their teenage training. However, most of them were killed in a convuluted storyline. How sad.

Jennifer Stavros AKA Roulette was designed to be the opposite of Magik ( I think ) , as both utilized disks, of a sort - Magik used pools of light to teleport, while Roulette's light disks influenced luck - red for good, black for bad. Unsurprisingly, events had a thing of going right for her. However, like Empath, Roulette had a cruel streak, and mostly used her luck powers to cause pain for her enemies.

Growing up in her father's Casino, my version of Stavros learnt from a young age, the gambler's addage - "Gambling is masochism for the soul and ego". Thus, when Roulette gained her luck powers ( In the form of a mental whip which induced severe bad luck, while herself always seemed to have good luck ) , it was unsurprising the path she took - masochism for the soul met masochism for the flesh. Her costume an unhealthy mix of leather and bunny-girl, the pain and luck-hungry Roulette was a perfect member for Frost's mentally unstable Hellions.

Ok, so it's another belt pic. Oh well. Simple and nice. I really like the mix of bunny-girl with belts. Yay!
