This is my first auction that I'm doing with my friend Hope you like it!!!!!!!
Rules:
1. NO resell.
2. Highest amount of points gets the character at the end of a period of time. (Still deciding time)
3. If you win the auction for this character, then its yours. Do what ever you want to do. E.g. change it, make it a species.

Uh you can't actually make it a species if you win it, considering my Valco dragons look just like this.

We have no way of knowing who created the species first, if you're still working on the picture.
Because I know people on the internet, you could be editing your species to make it look more similar to this, for all we know.
What do you have against letting the winner decide to make it a species?
And, I agree with Neytirix. There's no way your species exactly looks like this, unless you purposefully copied off of this.

I respect that you made a species that looks almost like this, and yes, everyone has a right to their own designs and creativity.
If I win this, I'm not going to try to enforce any kind of copyright on the species. I won't create more of them to adopt, I will just draw and love this single character.
I feel like I should be able to at least give it a species name that I think of.

There's a high chance that your species isn't "just like this."
I think that whoever wins has the right to label it a species, even if it does look similar to another.
If someone wins this and tries to sell the species as adoptables, then that's slightly different, but if it's just a character, I think they reserve the right of naming it their own species. c:
