My entry for 's vectoring contest. The image I chose to vector is an alternative art / 2.5D version of my favorite Keion, Ritsu Tainaka.Original vector file (.ai) available on request.

So this got 2nd in the contest.
It was really close to taking 1st.
The coloring in the hair and the shading on the lips and very slight texture effects are all excellent and I love this image a lot.
Also you need to tell me how you did the textured edges in her eyebrows as that effect is great.

You know, to be perfectly honest, I was so sure that I had it. Atleast now I know to try harder, next time.
The eyebrows are various brush effects trimmed with a clipping mask. Here's the vector file if you want to take a closer look: [link] .
