is the title a reference to 'exquisite corpse'?
i love how even though he has a skull head, he seems so gentle and caring. i'm bad at figuring out what things mean, but i definitely like this one.
when i first looked at it i thought the background was like a forest, but now i'm unsure. it has both a calm, natural, organic look as well as a creepy spectral feeling too. but maybe not the bad kind of spirits, but it definitely gives it just a bit of hauntingness, which is beautiful when paired with his gentle posture and the tenderness towards a fragile bird.

Heheh. No, there's a song out there called "Exquisite Dead Guy" by They Might Be Giants which I don't really care about, but the title's cool, so it... stuck? Heh. But That's neat, the exquisite corpse game. I like that a lot.
Eventually, I'll redo this picture-- it needs less color. And yeah. He's a sweet dead guy, I'm glad you picked up on that. Thank you for the comment.
