I'm stuck on a mission... I was told by a cop to help some police men, and offered some blast shards if I did. Cole had the choice to help or just take the shards and run.
I healed the police men, but when I came back, Cole couldn't get the shards. He reached for them, but nothing happened...

well, first of all, epic drawing!
second, I had a question about it - is it possible to get all the powers in one file? by getting as good as possible, then bad as possible? (or vise-versa, of course)

It will take two plays of the game to get all the powers. One for good and evil, but if your playing on a harder difficulty you'll earn more experience points.
