I like your use of highlights and how the black charcoal shade around her head makes it look like her hair could be really bushy, but then you look closely and see that more sleek, wavy hair style. It looks ambiguous enough that you can find something interesting the longer you look at the picture. But her face is really well sculpted and captures the viewer.
