Description
I was asked to do another cousins birthday cake, due a week after the last cakes, only thing necessary was that it had to have an be a vanilla cake with an angry birds theme and feed about 25 people.

I decided I would make the pieces and set up the cake on the day of the event like I did with the last cake but Sundays are an awful day at my job... Especially that day... I ended up having only 45 minutes to put everything together. And almost hit absolute disaster when I noticed the frosting I set aside for the writing and dash lines for the flying birds around the rest of the cake had been mixed into green frosting for grass... I was annoyed with someone for that but they luckily came through with a tube of black icing for the dashes and a tube of writing gel icing, didn't know we had those in the pantry. I would have still preferred the frosting because it doesn't run but it was good enough considering the timing at least.

The cake ended up being a big hit and my uncle and aunt called again to giving me a raving thank you. So I'm quite happy to see it worked out after all.
