I forgot to upload this one apparently. Anyway, my grandmother's birthday is April 1st, but we don't usually celebrate it on that day for obvious reasons... So I'm not entirely sure if I made it for that exact day or not... Kept it simple, no fondant or gum paste this time. She loved it and had plenty left over to enjoy as she likes to sneak down to the freezer in her cellar and slice off a bit every now and then... Apparently it's like ice cream when you freeze it... I dunno what to think about that...
