Just something I was inspired to make after mom made her pink champagne cupcakes. These are chocolate cupcakes with a frosting made with Fu-Ki sake instead of water. I put a little cherry flavoring in the frosting as well which gave it a very light pink color. I also mixed a very little bit of cherry flavor and Fu-Ki sake in the cake mix to help tie the frosting with the cake better.Finally, some leftover frosting was colored brown to create branches and royal icing cherry blossoms were placed on top.

I never had Fu-Ki Cherry. Wish my liqueur store had it, unless I mistaken it as plum. I bought the plum one once but wasn't much of a fan.
As for the cupcakes I couldn't stop eating them. Must have had at least a dozen all to myself.
