It falls down, down from the skyTears so cold you will wonder why
Why is it cold, does anyone know?
Why is it cold, this pure white snow
You feel so weak in the coldest night
You fall asleep by the crimson light
There is no hope for the ones who are lost
There is no hope, your life it will cost
Someone wakes you, a face that is new
Someone is taking your life in a few
The blade is colder, colder than ice
The shock runs deeper in the depths of demise
It runs down, down to the ground
In fire-red crystals it runs with no sound
Why is it cold, does anyone know?
Why is it cold, this pure red snow

This is beautifully written - I love how it doesn't explain what red snow is till the end, and how the comparison fits together so strangely well <33
Not to mention, how well you blended in the verses - they rhymed just enough to flow well, and not become irrelevant.

This is the first time I've tried poetry x)
The title just popped into my head and then I tried to get together a story for it ^w^
I just simply asked myself why the snow is red and the lines appeared
I wanted to create something for one of my OCs in a story I'm working on, so this is supposed to be his favorite poem, I guess xD
And that's kinda the reason why he wants to be called Red. :3
