Personality:

Raban is usually not the most enjoyable person to be around; they have a tendency to be annoying by pestering their acquaintances, whether just by following them around or bombarding them with questions-- if your character doesn't mind such persistent following though, they'll probably get along with this ragamuffin. Raban tends to take things very light-heartedly and tries not to focus on anything for too long in fear of getting themself too invested into it. In a world where death and betrayal are at every corner, they'd prefer not to get too close to anyone or anything; this can really be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the situation; nice if you want to get your mind off things, annoying when it can seem Raban is always aloof, and having no sympathy for others... That being said, they don't go out of their way to make anyone miserable, and enjoy seeing people happy! The thing Raban holds dearest to their heart is being independent and in control of themself; and if they aren't, they'll convince themself that they are, no matter how impossible.

History:

Money was never really issue for Raban and their family; being an upper midde-class only child, for the most part Raban had it pretty easy before the war. But while they were pampered and spoiled by their parents, they also faced being very protected by them from the 'outside' and 'dangerous' world and having to meet their high expectations-- the pressure seemed to push them into acting out, occasionally having their rebellious streak flare out and sneaking out at night doing lord knows what. All they ever desired was a life of their own, something different, something interesting. When the war started, they were foolishly thankful that finally they would have a new sort of life, something exciting. And that excitement lasted for awhile-- the wonder, the curiosity, all quickly faded after they realized things were not as good as they seemed-- people separated from their families, death, disease, poverty-- it was all suddenly thrown in front of them, destroying any hope that was once there. The culture shock they felt made them suddenly feel out of place, scared, and trapped-- their days inside the vault after the evacuation were ones of just trying to keep themself together and organize their thoughts to be in line with what they had seen. After the awakening, things weren't any clearer. Raban knew one thing though, and that was that they wanted to be free-- despite what they had seen, in a way it only pushed them further to be free from their parents, wanting to see the world for what it really is, even if it meant seeing the bad. So in the confusion after the reawakening, they fled in the chaos to the vault city, and began to live on their own, trying to scrape by. Unfortunately, overtime things just kept falling apart-- Raban became depressed and more lost than ever, and resorted to drugs to try and escape their dark thoughts...

Moveset:

+ Hypnosis: The user employs hypnotic suggestion to make the target fall into a deep sleep.

+ Dream Eater: The user eats the dreams of a sleeping target. It absorbs half the damage caused to heal the user's HP.

+ Nightmare: A sleeping target sees a nightmare that inflicts some damage every turn.

+ Smog: The foe is attacked with a discharge of filthy gases. It may also poison the target.

Extra:

Has a scar on their butt that looks like a smiley face.

Thinks symphonies are nice but they enjoys other music as well. (Will never admit to being a KE$HA fan though.)

Raban has a bad drug addiction; though they don't have much money, they're able to pay it off through their... unique talents. Need some information? Need someone to be 'taken care of'? It's not that hard when people are asleep. Raban's your hitman.

Though a good stealth sort of killer, Raban's a weak fighter. They can't hold themself well in a fight and will try to avoid hand-to-hand/weapon combat if possible.

Favorite hobby is bothering Emery

Though Raban can eat other's dreams, they can't live off of them. They're more like tasty snacks. Be careful if you're character is close when Raban eats though, as the dream mist they emit is poisonous!

Raban likes to claim many of those 'end of the world' superstitions, claiming they have visions; it's up to you to believe if they're making them up, or if they're really true.

Raban could almost pass off as a pure, as their appearance hasn't changed much; however the additional poison typing makes their dream mist poisonous, and they cough rather frequently, especially if forced to strain themself physically.
