Definitely like what you have done with the crop, and the bringing it in from the side as well works really well, the flare no longer distracts from her face, what is it you are not so keen on?

You mean the warmth of the original image, yeah i know what you mean by pro's and con's, i do like the feel of the altered one, but yeah the warmth in the skin tone was nice as well, i guess bringing some warmth back in shows up the flare again
