Zero, Nightmare and some of the other hunters were challenged to a fight by the Axem Rangers X. The hunters agreed to this, thinking the Axem Rangers X were weak. The went to Central Highway and fought there, since the highway hadn't been used since the Maverick Wars, making it the perfect place where innocent pedestrians wouldn't get in the way. But as the fight went underway, Zero, Nightmare and the hunters soon realise that the Axem Rangers X weren't as weak as they thought, and an epic battle ensued.Axem Red: RAAAHH!!!
Carlos: YAAAH!!!
Axem Yellow: *punches Bass, who goes flying and hits Axem Black*
Axem: Black: OW!!! 'EY, WATCH WHERE YOU'RE PUNCHIN' PEOPLE YA BIG APE!!!
Axem Yellow: Oops, sorry black. o_o'
Nightmare Zero MKII: *charges up his N saber for a charged slash on Axem Black*
Axem Pink: *sees what Nightmare is doing* Oh no you don't! *flies towards Nightmare MKII*
Medea: *is using Omega Zero's form to fight* GET BACK OVER HERE!! YOU'RE FIGHT IS WITH ME!!! *chases Axem Pink*
Zero: *fires a shot from his buster at Axem Green*
Axem Green: *twirls his acxe around in a circle, making it act like a shield*
Carlos: these guys are tougher than we thought!
Zero: No kidding!
Axem Red: We're just getting warmed up!
