Description
After the events of Megaman 10, the roboenza virus went dormant for a while after everyone was vaccinated. However, Wily wasn't done just yet, for he had finally finished his ultimate robot, Zero. Bass, keen to show Wily that HE was the ultimate robot, was the first to challenge Zero... But in the end, even in his Treble Boost form, he was ultimately defeated and destroyed by the superior Zero. Things were looking good for Wily, that is, until the remnants of the Roboenza virus infected Zero, and he quickly turned on Wily. Wily escaped his fortress and went to Dr. Light for assisstance, who sent out Megaman to take Zero down. When Megaman arrived to confront Zero, he found Protoman already doing battle with the out of control Zero. Zero defeated him and was about to destroy him when Megaman intervened. Zero, in a violent, psychotic state, quickly attacked Megaman. The Blue Bomber found himself in his toughest battle ever, but not even his best was enough. Rush was destroyed quickly, and as Zero dashed towards Megaman to deliver the final blow, Megaman charged up his mega buster one last time, in an effort to stop him... But... sadly, Megaman didn't even get to fire his shot before Zero blasted him into oblivion... Out of anger and sadness, Protoman jumped onto Zero's back. In one last attempt, he detonated his faulty core and thus caused Zero to shut down. And that, was the end of the first generation megamen. Dr. Wily sealed Zero away in a capsule to be repaired and to have the roboenza cured from his systems. But... we all know what happened 100 years later, don't we?... Thanks for Reading
