Description
Dr. Wily has sent Phoenix Magnion and Tretestaker Berberian to destroy Protoman(Carlos) and Omega Zero upon hearing they're still alive. But both failed and were destroyed. As soon as Wily heard of their destruction, instead of recreating them again, he replaced them with upgraded versions of two of his old robot masters, Shadowman and Quint. He also set up a 'Replacement Policy', where if a reploid master was destroyed in battle, they would be replaced. Herculious, Kuwagust, Cubit and Zera are not sure what to make of this new policy and wether or not if Wily knew that Phoenix and Tretestaker would get destroyed in the first place.Zero-styled Protoman, Zero-styled Dr. Wily, Zera, Eve, Human Herculious Anchuss, Human Kuwagust Anchuss, ZX-styled Human Cubit Foxtar, Zero-styled Quint, ZX-styled Shadowman and the lab background are (c) of myself, a.k.a.

Now then, NEW RULES! If a Reploid Master is destroyed in battle, it will be replaced, which its called the Replacement Policy! Now then, to replace the 2 reploid masters destroyed by Protoman and Zeke, they will be replaced by the new Shadowman and Neo Quint!

Those Robot master sprites are excellent, the best I've seen ever, I sure hope to see a sheet for them soon, if not all, then atleast one for Protoman. The dudes to bad-ass to go to waste.
As for reploids human states... I like them, they're very well done, but I really a fan of none human reploids having a human form unless it's canon. No offence, just my thoughts on the subject, all the same I like the designs.
