Fun fact: I originally wanted Kay's redesign to be dark-colored with green highlights, but I wasn't ready to give up her green pelt design. However, I recently got the idea for this, which gives me an excuse to giver her dark fur too.
The color-changing thing is similar to those materials that change color when heated, but with light. I also thought it would be cool to have her stripes glow when under black light. I might make those stripes bio luminescent as well...but I'm unsure of it at this point.
