Interesting way to do the four arms.Β I like the colors though - red and white always go well together.Β The gender ambiguity is an interesting touch.Β The only thing I see that I would change is that the extra arms don't look quite natural where they join the elbows.Β I'd work on making those seem a bit more natural-looking, since right now it looks like an obvious Photoshop - which yeah, duh, but still shouldn't come across to the viewer as such.
