Description
This concept should illustrate what Microsoft Windows 8.2 could be like. You see a rework of the Windows Desktop environment , the return of Aero Glass, the possibility to pin Modern UI App Tiles to the Desktop and to run Modern UI Apps in floating windows on the Desktop (here: Games for Windows) - What do you think about it?I would be very grateful if one or the other could give a feedback. Thanks in advance

Huh. You were actually right about the back button being in the titlebar of the app (according to the latest universal app design guidelines released recently). Funny that the charms (or three-dot) and back buttons will most likely never been shown together on a titlebar, heh.

Oh, Because I'm making a working Windows 9 concept and these icons would fit it just fine!

My concept wasn't powerpoint, it was actually Windows. Fully functional, but its no longer based on 8.2.

I like it but you shouldn't use Aero Lite for the Windows style, looks unfinished with it.

If each window is it's own program what does the back button in the upper left corner do?

Microsoft don't listen to anyone. They're clearly idiotic, no? They want everything to make a big success landing them millions or more, but in actual fact, if they listened to the customer in the first place and looked at what most of the customers are asking for, or even designing what they want for them, not only will they make more money (which is all they care about by the look of things), but they will have a bigger success and be better known for working hard and producing good quality, functional products.
For example, take a look at the Interface concept provided with this page on Deviantart. The author has clearly spent a long time thinking and producing the idea and concept up. If this was really implemented into a newer version of Windows, not only would it be more popular (in a good way considering there are many Windows 8 haters), but more people will buy it and like it, generating more money to the company to support their products and hire more staff to create new, creative and innovative products.
Shame Microsoft never listen. Oh well.Β

Nice. Definitely wish they had tabs natively supported though there is a program that allows you to implement it. Also, I have the ribbon disabled at the moment not because I don't use it but because it leaves so much unused white space. I like in this concept how it reduces it significantly.

The tabs look stunning. I wish they were added as a Windows control, too.

Oh my god, I love this so much.
Love the idea of windowed apps (with Ribbon Quick Access ) and tiles on the desktop.
Keep it up! Can't wait to see more!

Looks good! I'm just wondering what the spaces in the taskbar are for.

The spaces in the taskbar are there, because the user should be able to arrange the applications by his or her personal taste. If desired, the user could choose spaces between the shortcuts or not. I hope that this helps to understand
