This looks nice... BUT MY EYES THEY'RE SO SKY BLUE HELP I HATE THIS COLOR, and yeah that's the only negative aspect of this picture.

Mostly I really like your icons. If it's possible for you to put a set of those in a UX/Theme Pacher I would install that for use in 8.1! However, I don't think choosing your type of interface is the direction we need to go. Eventually what is destined to happen is that, at least for normal users, the inconsistent and error-prone desktop applications on the desktop are going to go away, and the more secure and efficient "Metro" apps are going to be most used by them, (including Office) but the more heavy duty, deployment, software development apps in the desktop are going to be used by the IT professionals and programmers.

I would also add Trash Bin in tray. I use MiniBin soft to do that. It is little, compact, and it consumes only little amount of memory. You can see it here in work on my screenshot activecolors.deviantart.com/ar…

I love that wallpaper!!! can i get it please (1920x1080) ? And that top bar and icons on tabs are great, but i think taskbar should remain untouched (as is in win8.1)

but I think the upper task-, infobar is too much like Apple IOS.
MS would definatly place it in the normal taskbar.
And a great WOW For the HDD Design in the 7th pic looks Awesome

Yep, you’re right. Microsoft wouldn’t implement the upper taskbar. I only wanted to get some feedback about such a change. The reactions show that an upper taskbar isn’t desired. Therefore I revised the concept and used the well-known layout. Perhaps it’s better now

Not sure if I would use an upper taskbar but I dont think it is total useless it is just against the common of Windows

It's a great concept that must be in Windows 9. I´ts beautiful, simple, minimalist and the layout matches with the desktop UI.

The double taskbar layout was only there to get some feedback about such a change. Because of the reactions I revised the concept and used the well-known layout. Maybe you like it more now
