Sometimes I am so shocked that people don't give real artistic critiques. I mean just basic rules of design. This is a decent layout, but HORRIBLE colors. Where are you contrasting colors? Polar opposites? This color scheme is a designer's nightmare. If I made this in my web design class I would get a D for sure. Green/Red, Yellow/Purple, and Orange/Blue are contrasting colors. Again, I am NOT by any means talking about the layout itself. The design and layout is wonderful. I am only talking about the colors used. I would suggest making the background a cool color to go with the yellow in the design, or make the yellow in the design warmer (redish) to go with the green in the background. These colors are just not aesthetically pleasing. I mean no offence, I am simply giving an honest and professional critique.
