This is really good. I love the surrealism and as someone mentioned above it looks to me too like the work from Hipgnosis for the Pink Floyd records (Wish You Were Here). Really good one!

I love the shade of the colurs it is, the bottom segment adds a nice border to it rounding it off.

I'm not sure if I grasp the full meaning of it from your side, however I get the distinct impression of that phrase-well or something like.
