Description
This was based on a old idea I had months agobefore it was even August. And yes, it is a reference
to those freaky jump scare videos. This is mostly a parody
on those horrible prank things (if you can even call them that!)
So, Mr. Mischief has Mr. Bump watch a seemingly innocent video
featuring flowers blooming, nothing seems out of the ordinary here.
Until, it cuts abruptly to Mr. Noisy screaming loudly (heard,
but not shown) scaring the beans out of Mr. Bump.
Mr. Mischief then laughs at him, revealing the whole thing
to be a nasty prank. Mr. Bump is not the least bit amused!

(Yes, the Mr. Noisy jump scare from this comic is real! It comes right
after a skit involving Mr. Quiet accidentally turning some kind of
dodo-like animal into a roast bird. Proceed with caution, you might
have an accident from being frightened! Don't say I didn't warn you!)
it scared me just as much as it scared poor Mr. Bump!
