Job: Circus clown, balloon seller, Resistance hero

Bio: Phobia has working hard selling balloons to the children because she's circus clown that she's hired at Veronica's Circus, but some of them has feared her fearful look because she does look like a evil clown in her aspect of Coulrophobia. She's pretty jolly good person, but whatever they fear her, she can strike down through her bravery and vigilante to take down the crimes of the Sunset Town. Though Sonic and his friends thinks her fear primes her own ambitions to seek out the targets to provide back-up support. Even at off-duty she goes on the circus acts to go for the laugh out loud and selling some balloons before the show starts.

Abilities: She uses her hammer to combat her foes, while she uses her explosives using firework rockets, explosive present boxes and other gag tricks to joke on her opponents to make herself formidable clown class fighter.
