Description
Well, I am not really as weird as some would make me out to be. However, one day, I stopped at the local pet store and purchased a white mouse (the type people use for snake food) as a photo subject. Gee, we photographers get really desperate some times...I was having a real hard time getting the furry creature to stay still. I would never consider doing anything cruel to an animal, so I had to be somewhat creative to get a decent shot. I placed the mouse on top of an upside-down 12" blue glass flower vase which was standing inside of a shallow box (so it wouldn't get away if it fell from the vase.
I placed a black background behind the whole setup and used 2 Lowell Ego lights on either side.
The final image was filtered with a series of steps that gives the image the look of Venetian blinds.
