I used a screencap from the show as a reference for the buildings perspective and the airships shapes, and yet this background is still messed up. I couldn't make it obvious enough, but Sulukka's standing on a roof as well OTL.
The kanji written on the tiny paper lantern means "prosperity" #dramatic irony#.
Sulukka looks like he has been playing a big part in this mess, but he's not, really. Poor old grandpa. Someone gives him a good cup of tea, please!
