Did Luau and Iron Strike have a kid? Of course!And of course she'll be a handful.
EDIT: For those asking what she did, I think it's more fun to leave it to the imagination. But I'd love to hear your theories

Rule 63 'verse, as I call it, is an alternate reality of MLP where everypny and nonpony is genderswapped. So Butterscotch is the name of male Fluttershy but has the same personality and appearance.
Applejack getting "turned" into a stallion in "Magic Duell" is an indirect reference to that fanfic.
Also, Rule 63 is one of 4chans many internet rules and states, that for any internet character there exists a genderswapped alternativ (or so it goes).
