This is a smaller, lower-quality picture to illustrate the effect which often seems to happen, where the crotch seems to become grooved as the person inflates. I think this may be to do with an attempt to mimic the chest or possibly something to do with how it's possible to fill in the image within the restrictions of the frame. However, I kind of think of it as camel toe.
