NOTE: This post is a reference page for a comic book currently being worked on called "nine thrones". so you can ingore that. (Also, I may have misphrased the form magic. My English cannot be said to be good)

Magics are something that can be seen in all 9 dragon tribes. To distinguish dragons capable of magic, one looks at their eyes. Dragons with two eye colors, white pupils, and black sclera are magical dragons.

Not all magical dragons can cast their desired magics. It depends on eye color. Also, heterochromia dragons are not magical dragons. especially not to be confused with partial heterochromia.

In the early days when dragons were beginning to multiply, when dragons did not separate the lands by tribe, it was often preferred that queens could have creation magic and kings, if any, could have disaster magic. However, magic dragons now follow the orders of queens and kings.
