LG - Drunk Mike for the point where he tried to break up with Amber since being with sober him would only cause her pain. Whenever he drinks he's kind, considerate and all around a good guy.
NG - Amber (at least as Amazi-Girl) who's been getting pretty strong, morally, and even nice to Faz once she decides to tell him they're related.
CG - Ninja Rick, though he's pretty psychotically violent, he's a fairly good person when he helps the guy looking for ninja toys.
LN - Leslie, She'd be an evil jerk for Galasso, admitted shame is dead to her and wanted to punch Jesus. While other than that she's fairly normal, she just seems a little south of good.
TN - Ethan, he's the normal guy, I mean comparatively. He's bad at making the "right" decision but always far from evil (maybe even close to NG). Just kind of apathetic.
CN - Robin, while she tries for good, kind of, she can be rather petty, manipulative and in it for her own goals like almost forcing Ethan to do Thad or making Amber make out with complete strangers for money.
LE - Galasso. He pretty much makes the rules in the store, and commands his employees like an army. He has attempted to kill seasonal help just because he didn't need them.
NE - Ultra Car, "a poor man's Mike" who does kind of dick-ish things just for the fun of it. Though he does have a soft spot for Joe and Robin. The same as Malaya with Ken and Leslie.
CE - Sober Mike. Need I say more?

I do. Everything he does to Ethan alone on a regular basis, having sex with him and Amber to drive a wedge between them as well as to spite Robin, throwing dead people at giant monsters, setting Jacob up with Amber's mom then proposing to her with their sex noises (okay, that turned out to be a good thing he did when he'd been drinking, but out of context...), trying to get a cat to eat Amber's hams and nearly killing them with a hammer.
Oh, and he fucked your mom. For a nickel.
