A design I whipped up tonight. OUO I never saw this contest! Aha.The anatomy is so wonky. OTL
So this design is for Mitzi part. : D
SHE uses her trusty octopus as her shirt and part of her skirt. Octopus hair in a pony past her shoulders and she has blue skin! This looks way better in person. XD
If this design places I'll redraw her DIGITALLY for free. :3
