The siluette looks very realistic, though the fur wirls on the side make the head seem kinda deformed. If you didn't use a ref I'd suggest that you take a look at some and study how the for grows and if you did I'd say that you should look more closely ^^

Actually I think about to study that..I used a regular pencil..and I never learned how to draw..
