i love this picture
i changed it to faded newspaper which takes out almost all color then i selected his shirt and reflection and enhanced the color saturation
im really pleased with how it turned kout

Again, this should be re-sized and bordered. as for the composition, i like the style of this. i cant explain it, its really eye-appealing. I think that you have a lot of potential to be a great photographer and produce great works. If your familiar with photoshop, re-sizing and borders should be no problem

it all depends on the light/darkness of the finished product. if you work with layers (which you should) just play around and test which works best to bring out great features of them ^.^
