If you really are new at painting, this is fantastic. A really good start.

All I can say for you to improve is to practice more, get it perfected. It looks like you know where you're going so I don't exactly have to correct you.

Looks good! Kinda abstract in the colors, but not too abstract... if that makes sense... ^_^ Looks as if you had very much fun painting it!

Very nicely painted. I think you shouldnt paint the yellow on the blue vase, for one it made it look messier. On the vase maybe you should paint it with different shades of blue to give it more of a 3d feeling. Mostly all i see is white and light blue.

On the flowers the yellow ones are good, but the purple one and the blue ones seemed to blend in into the background. You should make it more stand out.
