Based on my previous concept, this is Bellwether. I even tried to sketch the two different face of her to emphasise her role. I hope I didn't disappointed you watchers....Related content

To be honest, I used to have a Zootopia fanfic moment where Bellwether helps Judy and Nick for the case that relates with new drug that doubles the night howlers and she is the only one who knows of this drug. Bellwether was home arrest and is allowed to help them. But this adventure makes her encounter with her old trauma while helping Judy....I'm not sure you could take this but I might post them later (if I have a time that is...) Imagine have her beautiful face tainted or scratched with claw marks god....such pain she have to face....

Did you write that fanfic yourself or did someone else write it? I would like to read it myself and see how Bellwether is still at war with herself, struggling with her inner past demons and unable to overcome her past hurts and scars which lead to mistrust in predators and nobody helping or teaching her how to move on from friendships that don't work out or from broken dreams. But if someone is releasing the night howlers again, it's as if someone out there has a plan of his own and trying to set up Bellwether for it as nearly the entire city is starting to believe. I think it would be a good way for her to encounter her past demons while helping Judy, which triggers the reason why she did what she did and it haunts her terribly with guilt, sorrow, and remorse which is what the villain may take advantage of.

Well also, I still have a version of Judy's niece Mina helps her aunt with the case and bonds with Bellwether as the lamb knows the new drug that is more advanced than the Night Howlers...do you want me to write that first?
