Description

the fujin tribe besieges the maa tribe and, peaceful at heart, attempt to assimilate them into their culture. the maa, however, are outwardly belligerent, seemingly feral, and mute.

when attempts at rehabilitating this tribe prove ineffective, the members of the tribe are imprisoned and a date is set for their execution.

yasu leaves her villa in doma–her temperament is not befitting a raen au'ra. she had previously bonded with one of their number and joins them in their escape.
with a number of belligerent–and stronger– xaela tribes dogging them at every step, here are some good (?) times before their tribe is absorbed into another.
(the maa are mostly mute by choice–yasu has just happened to become really good at charades)
