I agree with the other post, it does look like it's from a manga, so much that I want to know what it is that has given him that expression. It's a shame you don't write a little story or a bit more information to why and how you came about drawing the picture, I always enjoying reading the artists comments. His whole head is well drawn, there's nothing really there that I could suggest needs improvement.
From what the other comment said about the shoulder, I think it's more of the angle it's drawn, too much of it is being shown based on the angle of his face, and the ear does seem a little off, but I can't place why. It's well shaded, bold and creates a clear image of what the character is feeling. He's definitely shocked, and by the blush on his cheeks I can imagine he has just walked in on a girl xD

wow! this is really good! the shading was done really well, and i agree that it looks like its straight out of a manga...only things that bug me are that the ear is a bit low and the shoulder of his clothes look a bit off... otherwise

This is really cool - looks like a panel straight out of a Japanese manga. Hey, wait up, I wanna do one too! (^-^)
As usual, great pencil shading. But the real eye-grabber is the guy's eyes. That look of surprise is excellent, really brings out his personality. You got a real killer piece here mate, and I'm kicking myself taht I didn't get to see it sooner. (adds it to Favorites)

This is a great Drawing, the emotion on his face is so apparent
He definaly looks surprised, mabey even shocked with Fear.
The shadding is pretty nice, and the highlights are a nice traditional anime style, but i think you could have used a bigger Variety of shadding

Wow you did an AMAZING job with the shading. Even though its a pencil drawing there is a lot of depth with the shades of gray.
The only thing that I noticed were some eraser marks right to the right of the picture, I'm sure thats just something you could touch up in photoshot.
