alright bud
one thing that i think works out the best from this is your line quality the speed at which you did this sketch is really aparent in the way that you put your lines down
unlike most of the peopel here
you have a really confindent line quality and great use of varying line weights
you ahve a really solid use of light, shadow and highlingting, however i think that you could do a little more perhaps breaking away from the traditional anime style and using a more tradtional figurure drawing method of really being acturate with your shadows (thgouh that may totaly look stupid its still worth experimenting with to give your self a diffrent style to work with)
another thing that i think really helped you out with this is the way that the lines on the face almost sclut the forms in the face of your character
