Some of them might be ultimate or champion. It depends on the PokΓ©mon I guess. I don't see unown or girafarig being megas. But like the Regis would probably be ultimate and regiigas mega.

I think Zekrom and Reshiram are and should be Ultimate level until they fused with Kyurem by doing a DNA Digivolve like ExVeemon and Stingmon into either Black Kyurem or White Kyurem which are and should be Mega level.
