A lovely shot, especially for the shadows.
Thats one deserved to be noted; Singaporeans are trying to avoid those Chinese, Han (or rather Kanji if you are a Japanese) characters. Majority of the population is Chinese, yet the art is much neglected.

probably my least favorite of the series, but still a great photo.
the shadow play is once again fun, but much less prevalent.
I do, however, love the color saturation in this. it seems strong without feeling overbearing.

You see this perfect body...then you focuse and you see the sword...
As in a very good narrated thrilling story, a "coup de theatre" after surgically measured suspence.
Be or not in your intentions, really like marriage between woman body and katana blade, different but, not for that reason, possibly extremely dangerous.

Actually, upon my second viewing, I'm more fond of it this way. It was just when I looked at it straight away, and noticed the line sticking out the top of her head.
Yeah, actually a better idea though, otherwise the pic would have lost a certain something.
There's definately something special about a woman holding a "chopper" haha. Sorry... terrible.

this is a beautiful photograph. the model looks amazing. but the setting is what really makes the piece. all of the shadows. the colors, the composition. very beautiful. nice work.
