Very beautiful piece. I love how you made that picture shine without using effects but only the contrast of white an black. The shading is very nice. Keep it up.

Crosshatching is always so fun. Nice work on the hair o: and I like the little sparks. I think the figure could look a little more fluid though; there is alot of movement in this picture, but I think her pose is a bit static?

Prettyyyy~
I love how dynamic it is, and that it's showing the character's back and not their face oWo
Have a fave.

Oh man. Did you really do that digital? D:
I mean...Digital usually looks more impressive if done well, but there are those few techniques that are just so awesome in traditional. When I saw this picture here I thought it was done with white ink on a black paper. My sister used to do it and your style of lines here really reminds me of that! (though yours looks a lot more amazingly impressive than hers! And she's very skilled. )
This is great! I love it a lot! *_* So many lines! And I love that you were using the cross-shading technique for this piece! It really makes you focus on how you set up the lights, here!
...Seriously, I don't think you need to improve your lightning AT ALL. ;_; I already love what you can do with pieces(like the one for me *A*) where you say you had an art block and it didn't turn out too well. And now you upload THIS. it's impressive for me. ;A;
I'm glad your program didn't crush during the process or anything, that would've been horrible with so many detailed lines. D:
I also really really love those sparkly lights, because you didn't just draw one sparkly circle, but little spots around them, looks very realistic!
So nice to see you uploading!
It's a very inspiring piece!

Oh man, I so wish I could do this traditionally! I really do love traditional art, I actually miss doing it quite a lot, I should get my but in gear before I forget how to do anything XD
Praise indeed, I'm incredibly flattered! Your comments always make my day
thank you so much! I really love cross hatching, it gives a really nice 3d effect and you can create so many different effects with it.
D: I'm still struggling with lighting, especially the really DRAMA-IN-YOUR-FACE type lighting OTL and it's starting to annoy me but this is so encouraging to read! Thankk yyooou!
Oh, GUH, even the thought of the computer crashing while I did this makes me feel all shuddery! I had such fun with those sparkly lights I realised just how much I really enjoyed this piece because of them. And I'm glad I can be a little inspiring too D: that is truly flattering D:
