i was planning on releasing this early without this being redrawn but other talented artists had already posted the same subject with albeit a more appealing style and quality. so i decided to redraw the character and tryout a new approach in which i completely remade entire parts of the character (note all the hair was remade completely). this seems to work as a sure fire way to successfully accomplish quality redraws which means you may see much more of these from me.

i found the name while Researching details about Aleister Crowley to further understand the lore in the index/railgun series; i came across the term "Praeterhuman" which holds a strikingly similar definition to a "Level 6".

i've said this about 18 times now but i endorse the use of my assets posted on this account within non-profit fan based third party projects, in other words "i want people to colour my line arts" and i'd appreciate it if anyone who uses my donations to the artist community to give proper credit where ever posted.
