I mean, why not?For years I have wanted to make animations. I made some little tests long time ago, but I found animating too tiring and time consuming, so I didn't get to practice it more.
Then I thought that hentai could be good motivator, so I made short hentai animation test today. This version is heavily censored, but don't worry, it includes only the relevant things. The original "full length" animation used 14 different frames, while the whole sequence was 134 frames long. A lot of looping in there, and I believe your imagination is wild enough to guess what's happening in it.
That aside, this sequence uses 8 frames. It took me a while to think how the breasts would animate smoothly and naturally. Not sure about the latter, but I personally am quite impressed of this short animation sequence. Despite the questionable subject, I think I learned a thing or two in this practice. Also, the ability to make animations may prove useful in my future tutorials, in which I need to show things in 3D in order to demonstrate how my mind works.

Rather than GIF, you might wanna check if you can do anything cool with animated SVG . SVG animation can be a lot smoother and works a bit more like 2D Video Game animation (such as flash games).
I hope I'll get around to animating one of these days

To learn animation, the tricks and pacing, it is good to deconstruct what others do well (like you, Nsio)
But this other guy is amazing.Β I saw the following months ago, downloaded the gif, imported it in Flash a could examine each frame. Amazing.

This is nice animation, great.
After a few minutes (while thinking of this comment) it becomes something else (I stopped seeing breasts) may be because of the short sequence + the exaggeration.
Anyway, I did recently two small animations, no looping but what was for me the revelation is to be able to draw the frames with a stylus on a screen. I did two very acceptable animations in around 2 hrs each.
And I'm not a very skilled "artist". I had a wacom tablet for my mac for several years but never was comfortable enough to draw correctly (so I scanned and retraced)

What I would like to share here is that drawing good animation is tedious, so the tools make a gigantic difference, in time and ease, and satisfaction!

Haha, these are great! That's pretty neat considering that it only took you about 2 hours to make each. I had to waste a lot of time with saving the file for photoshop and remaking the sequence each time I wanted to check how it's coming along, since I drew the frames on Paint tool SAI. But well, I prefer having less headache on the actual drawing part. I like animating just because of the drawing part anyway
I should figure out the techniques about optimizing animations in order to minimize the frames and labor needed to create them. I think I have pretty good grounds already, just gotta experiment a lot and analyse other people's animations thoroughly. Thanks for linking that guy and his animation on your comment above

I was using an App made specially for the Samsung Note (flip-a-book) but I invite you to try one of Toon Boom Softwares. The most crucial tool is to see the previous frame beneath what you draw. I just said that some tools can make a dramatic difference in Β our appreciation of the craft of animation. And like you said, the fluidity of the drawing itself is primordial. Find both and it's heaven.

right?! and i may not have massive tits, and i may have given up on high school physics, but I'm pretty sure thats not how they were. Β they may fall to the sides a bit if the girl is on her back, and I'm sure they would bounce, but i think they wouldn't make a full circle, ya know?
