End of exams party!!!Took longer than it should >___<' But I think I'm finally getting to understand how the lineart works.

To me, the picture would need a focus point. There is equal amount of brightness in the picture and I believe a bit pf practice on the color and tone scale would help make this photo equal out in tones. I would suggest trying to find a way to distinguish the Halo a bit so it doesn't look like it is combined to the wing. As for what looks like the stripper-pole. I'd suggest trying to add tiny bit of silver or gold into it somehow.
That is my critique.
As for portions though... you nailed it.

aww she is soo cute i love that she is all shiny and with shiny i also mean her very bright hair color ^^
You ask for critique so i could also mention things i saw in this drawing that weren't that good...
for instance i would say her right leg is a bit to far left so it looks like it isn't hers at all and her right foot is a bit to twisted i see you wanted to make cute pose with the U legs maybe ? but its a bit to long i would say judging from the angle the picture is taken,which again i must say i really like ^^
The hair is as i already mentioned very bright and i like the back hair but i would change a little bit in the front hair...so the hair on her right side is a bit to long because its just the same place at the other hair part but maybe its just me ^^" however the other thing with the hair was that on the front hair you didn't add those little empty spaces at the bottom of it like you did with the back hair (or maybe just to little) i think it would make it look more realistic maybe softer and it would better match the back hair.
All in all i would say ...its a good drawing it looks like Stocking but still you added your own style^^

There's a major flaw in the drawing: those stockings aren't based on anything you have. Please correct that

I love a lot of things about this piece; I love the angle you took, the pose Stocking is in, and I love how you balenced it correctly with her wings and the pole. If i was to say anything about this picture, it would be that the style you use suits you and works well. The only problem that I have with this is that her left leg is crudely misplaced. XDD I would go as far to say that it's not even attached to her hip. Yes, women do have wider hips, but that was is preposterous! XD I would advice angling the thigh in just a bit closer or moving the whole leg and readjusting the foot. Otherwise, GREAT work!
Gallery-wise, your art is very good. There are a couple facial deformations, some body parts are slightly out of proportion here and there, but that's normal with everyone. What really gets me about your gallery is that your body types are all the same. I did noting abs on one or two characters and differences in breast size, but it's always important to be well-rounded and provide different types of bodies to enthuse readers of your comics or simply watchers of your gallery. I even have a really tough time with this one, but I do try. Just keep it in mind, and maybe the next character you draw will be a brick with no curves or a total spoon. Look up body types for help and inspiration! Now that I've told you about everything that I think might need a tweak, I want to compliment you on your master of otherwise tough poses. You're very good when it comes to angle, design, and pose, that's a win-and-a-half right there. 'Course I see that one through your awesome comics. xDD I just want to end by saying the old "Keep truck'n" and continue to take critiques and act on them how you feel impressioned to. Good drawin' and may the horrid art-block be banished from your life for a long, long time. >I

I don't know if you looked at the poses and copied them or made them yourself, but if you eyeballed them, that's really good. Seeing and copying is the first step to creating.

Your work has very few to do with your ability to evaluate other's art. It's so much harder to see where we got wrong, it's almost unfair! That's why I like critiques.
I usually look at a lot of good drawings first, and then start drawing, based on that fresh feeling you get when you see good art. It's very rare to copy stuff, I'd rather learn how to do it so I can change the elements at will instead of being stuck to someone else's art...
