Hi again, I have a bit of delema, I drew this old sketch dump awhile back and I recently dug it out to do the lineart for it. However, I believe I may have used two of your stock images as a refrence for some fighting poses. (To clearify I only used them as references and did not use the actual image in the drawing nor am I intending to sell it to anyone) I don’t want to put the image up if this concerns you, but should I credit you for the images or should I not put the image up at all? (Hopefully this makes sense, apologizes if it doesn’t or if it was already states in the rules)
edit: Apologizes! I found both stock images online made by a completely diffrent person! I’m not sure of the woman’s name who does the stock images since most of the links go to Pintrest but she does a lot of action shots, she typically wears a blue tank top and has darker hair if your curious about her images. Other than that i’m sorry to bother you and I hope your having a good day!

If you ever use my stock and want to post it all you need to do is give the credit. To my account in general will do it does not need to be to the specific pose.
As you did not use mine as you say in this case.. what harm could you have done... hint.. none

YCH are right on the edge of what I would deny as a use of my stock, as they are very much like doll bases which allow people to work from the pose.
The whole issue it creates with things like doll bases is..
I make pose/pose.
Person B makes doll base.
Person C uses the doll base are reference.
Where do we then stand on stock credit/any commercial use etc.
There is no right answer so I have avoided that entire debate by saying no to things like this.
As such I find it somewhat disrespectful that you appear to not have waited for an answer to this question before proceeding....

Ok, well to clarify in answer to your original question I did want to talk to you about it.
As it stands you based the YCH off one of the kickstarter images which are Creative Commons, as such they would in fact be free to use and perfectly fine for the YCH.
I would have and would still ask for a stock credit on the YCH and for all pieces created from it, but otherwise it is fair game.
However.
My normal stock/non CC stock is not ok for YCH use/as well as Dolls/bases etc and all my usual/full rules apply.
Not sure if that makes sense but it's a bit of a shame you chose to delete/remove them all.

I basically asked this on a deviation but I figured I'd go ahead and ask this more directly here, just for 100% clarification.
For your poses/stock that are able to be used for artwork (such as drawing, as I draw rather than do photo manipulation) am I allowed to use your poses for female characters or other wise "genderbent"?
It won't be you, there are just a lot of awesome stock images I found in your gallery that would fit some of my female characters and hoped it would be okay for me to use your pose for female characters.

They can coincide depending on how the gore is presented. But as I have mentioned in my previous comment, I wouldn't be doing any depictions of heavy gore, maybe just minor amounts of blood.

alright so, just so I get it straight:
The blanket fee is for anything where the final piece is just that, the final piece: So if used your poses as reference for a commission, a "Your Character Here" Auction (which is just a commission based thing people bid on where the character is in a set pose), or prints (I vend at conventions, plus I have a Society6 where I sell just my print works).
I do not plan of using your poses for stuff like Ebooks or stuff of that ilk. So with this in mind, I would just pay the blanket fee, correct?

The main thing not covered under the blanked fees is if you are making it for someone else to see for themselves.

I've got a follow up question for that because my reading comprehension isn't great. If I use one of your poses as reference for a private commission (a character commission for someone who isn't further going to publish it except maybe their social media) do I have to pay a fee?

Short answer, if you are getting paid and using my stock, yes a fee would need to be paid.
Slightly longer answer is my stock is free for unpaid use but if any money is changing hands I would ask the fee.
