As long as it is in keeping with my rules (Theme/content etc), then go for it.
It's not considered" commercial" by me either unless there is a huge cash prize when I might ask Β£2 or something if you won

This is an incredible picture. It's so kind of you to allow artists on DA to use these. Can I use your stock as pose reference for an awesome comic? The main character's dad is an alcoholic, and he is going to be holding a bottle full of demons. In this panel the demons would be unleashed. The face and hair will be totally different as this will be a pose reference. Let me know, thanks in advance.Β

In #4, what do you mean by religious (preaching)? One of your stock photos inspired me an idea, but it's religious themed. Not sure if I can use it. I want to do a painting using it for pose reference.Β ^^Β

I don't mind religious themes .. say old school Christian angels and deamons,
What I have the rules for is for things like flyers for churches or work promoting religious teaching.

I plan on asking my watchers to request poses with their original characters or fanart from me (anythinggg) for the sake of practice. They're free. Considering that the request will go to another person (who will know that NO commercial use is allowed with my sketch), am I allowed to freely use your stock when I need it? 
If any poses suggesting explicit context are requested, your stock will not be used & will not be uploaded here.

That all sounds perfectly reasonable to me, as no monies are changing hands it's alll non commercial, and correctly credited and in keeping with my rules I love this idea!!.

I've got a bit of a question o3o What do you mean by references for others to use? Like commission based (in which someone uses your stock as part of a commission that someone has gotten from them) or just all references? I'm just a bit confused o3o

What I mean is you canuse my stock in photo manipulations, or as reference for your work..be it 2d painting/3d models etc I don't restrict it for it's medium of use, however if you are using it for a commission/commercial use I charge a fee.
